Where Do We Begin?

What is this programme all about?

  • Improving Your Eating Habits: Humans are predictable creatures of habit, and once we develop a habit, it’s hard to shake. However, we can dismantle habits and make new ones, over time.
  • Exercise Loving: If you hate exercising, that’s ok. We’re going to find exercise that’s right for you. Jogging for an hour doesn’t have to be how you get fit. We can explore a variety of fitness options that are right for you.
  • Overall Healthiness: Being healthy is about more than just eating well and exercising right; it’s about getting adequate sleep, making time for tranquility, and filling your soul with things that make it happy.
  • Performance Under Pressure: What do you do at the party with 15 cakes and only soft drinks? We look at practices for sustaining healthiness, even when the pressure is on.
  • Mental Analysis: We work on more than “what” you need to be healthy. We look at how you can be healthy, through a mental lens, and what might be holding you back.
  • Learning Love Affair: Most importantly, I want to inspire a natural love of learning for health and fitness that will follow you throughout your lifetime. This natural interest will keep you constantly excited to maintain healthiness.
